Winter Workouts Registration Open!

Winter Workouts are an off season workout program usually beginning the first week of January and ending the weekend before player evaluations for the Spring Little League season.

Workouts are one day a week for 6 weeks consisting of 3 offensive weeks and 3 defensive weeks.  Workouts are conducted by CO Youth Sports staff and outside coaches to provide the opportunity for players to prepare for the upcoming season.

Players are separated into age appropriate groups and work on skills needed for the division they will play.    

This Year Winter Workouts will begin Sunday 1/5 and will be held at Rise Up Sports
3571 N, Hwy, NC-16 Business, Denver, NC 28037
Offensive sessions weeks 1,3, and 5 of the workouts 
Session 1     2:00 - 3:30 pm for ages 10-14
Session 2     3:45 - 5:15 pm for ages 6-9

Defensive Sessions weeks 2,4, and 6 will be structured as follows:
Baseball Pitching Session 2:00 - 3:00 PM open to ages 8 and up
Defensive Session 3:15 - 4:45 PM All Ages
Softball Pitching Session 5:00  - 6:00 PM open to ages 8 and up
